Ringworm infections are very common which means there are lots of home remedies that have been discovered to treat it. Remember when your dealing with home remedies some will work and some won’t as everyone has their own skin type and there are numerous forms of ringworm that affect numerous areas of the body. Here are some commonly known ringworm remedies;
Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil here is native of Australia and is used for many types of skin infections such as ringworm and staph as it has amazing antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Directions: Use a drop or two directly on the ringworm area each day for a week or two and the ringworm will go away. You can also add it to a carrier oil such as baby oil or coconut oil.
Mustard seeds here can be use for ringworm by creating a paste and applying it to the ringworm area twice a day for for 30 minutes each application and do it throughout a few weeks.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has acidic acids which can prevent ringworm growth in humans and are easy to apply as you just use a cotton swab with some of the oil and apply it directly to the ringworm infection twice a day. Within a week or two the ringworm should be completely gone.
Turmeric seasoning here has antibiotic properites which are natural and great for healing ringworm. Simply extract the fresh juice from turmeric and apply to the ringworm once a day.
Aloe vera here is known for healing all sorts of skin conditions such as ringworm, skin rashes and even sun burn. Apply the lotion daily to the affected area for a week or two and it should get rid of the ringworm.
